Teacher Login

• Each school has been given a unique DISE Code by Bihar government. Schools have to enter the assigned DISE code along with the mobile number in Medhasoft app. Once they do it, an OTP is received on the entered mobile number. After entering the OTP, school management / teacher can see all the records of that school and can update details as per the need.
• Medhasoft Bihar app has been appreciated by the students a lot. They find it easy to mark their attendance using this app.
• Teachers can easily maintain students record. In the Student Library, they maintain following details:
  • Student Name
  • Father Name
  • Mother Name
  • Admission Number
  • Admission Date
• In case, some data related to a student record is incorrect in the Medhasoft Bihar app then it can be modified by the teachers from the student detail page & it gets reflected in the app & in the records immediately. This makes teachers life very easy since they don't have to update things at multiple places & no need to maintain several registers for this.
• They can also filter out the students list using the filters given in the app which helps them to find a student details very quickly.
• Teachers can also download the reports & share the reports digitally with anyone they want.

Student Login

• Students also have the option to login in Medha Soft app download. They have to use their User ID & password for accessing medha soft app.
• A unique User ID is given to each students by their school & they can set the password as per their wish.
• If they forget the password then they can click on Forgot Password & the password comes to their registered Email or phone number.
• Once a student logs in the app, he can mark his attendance, see all records related to him & see if there is any new update which has been mentioned by the school on which he can take action from the app itself.
